You will have to create your own SDK to communicate with WFS. It is not that
difficult as .NET provides a rich XML API. We have created a library that
allows our WPF application to communicate with GeoServer and any other OGC
compliant WFS. Although it is mostly a readonly API, I image adding write
functionality should not be that difficult.

I have no familiarity with the .NET world but I believe you can do WFS-T from
the open source OGR library, which has .NET bindings:
