Gerserver version 2.1.3:
I am using ogr2ogr and Fwtools 2.4.7 for exporting wms layer as kml and csv
format.
It is working fine on windows 32 bit but it is not working properly on
windows 7 server m/c (64-bit).
On the server, on right clicking the layer, the Save As dialog should
present kml in zipped format, but it is saving as ...vnd-google.kml, instead
of saving it in zipped format.
What might be the problem? Which approach should I follow ?

I wrote the code like this for export layer as kml format.
window.open('http://localhost:8080?service=WFS&srs=EPSG:4326&version='+wfsProtocol.version+'&request=GetFeature&outputFormat=OGR-KML&typeName=layername');
