I'm not familiar with pgShapeLoader, but I see no reason why you would not
be able to see the other layers...
What workflow did you use to add the new ones? You should go to the layers
page, click on "add new" on the top, select the store and
pick the layer you want.
If you did that and the layers did not show.. maybe they were added in a
database schema other than the one configured in the store?
