You.. .installed the imagemosaic plugin? The plugin is built-in, there is no need to install it, and there is actually no plugin in the download section, unless you're mistaking it for the JDBC mosaic plugin, which assumes the tiles are stored in a dbms. Anyways, there may be different reasons: - on the second machine the directory is not writable by the user running GeoServer - on the second machine you're referring to a network path, like \\host\folder, that Java does not support as a valid path Cheers Andrea -- Ing.
