Yes, WPS has been a bit neglected in terms of documentation, but we're
looking to change that.

And yes, the wps-core-2.1.2.jar is the one to link to.  (Be aware that this
changes in GeoServer 2.2, since the WPS API has been moved to GeoTools.
 Our docs will cover this).
