There are issues with the caps document of that server. That request seems to be randomly returning a wms 1.3 or wms 1.1 caps document, depending on which browser or tool I use to connect (chrome gives me 1.1, but if I use curl I get 1.3, and I've randomly seen 1.3 in the browser as well) If I try with: http://www.idee.es/wms/PNOA/PNOA?Request=GetCapabilities&Service=WMS&version=1.1.0 the cascading seems to work Cheers Andrea -- Ing.
