I have solved my problem, I have installed the Geoserver 2.2 Beta 2 and I
have followed the instructions that you have given me as follows:
1. I have created the EPSG_operations.properties file.
2. I have written the operation defined between my custom coordinate
system and the CRS:4326.
3. I have rebooted Geoserver and then I have used the projection console
to verify my custom operation.
As a result, my layers have a better accuracy, after the geographic
transformation.
Finally, Thanks a lot, I am really apreciate your time and support, without
your help I could not resolve this trouble.
