Nice. Just looked over the patch and it looks pretty clean

I always suspected Andrea had a clone and now it's confirmed :) Kidding.
Just looks like the javadoc of the DXFPPIO class was copy and pasted from
the GeoJSON one.

I would say all it lacks is a few tests in order to merge it into the main
repo.
