Hi I am trying to create a Geoserver Style with multiple FeatureTypeStyles to
control rendering order.

This is the style with a single FeatureTypeStyle (no control over rendering
order):
https://gist.github.com/0280dc05740d2611b256

If I try to change to multiple FeatureTypeStyles, something like this:
https://gist.github.com/bd70da84c29479a5b2eb

I get a blank (white) layer as output. Changing back to a single
FeatureTypeStyle fixes this.

Am I doing something wrong?
