Hi Attila,
I read you always solved your issue using the epsg_operations.properties
file.
Anyway I guess it should also work with proper CRs overriding on
epsg_overrides.properties file.
I had a similar issue last week.
I defined an override for EPSG:3003 with a different set of TOWGS84
parameters, but it was not working. As in your case GeoServer continued
using the CRS definition from standard EPSG db.
I then tried to use the same WKT in epsg.properties with custom code 103003
and it didn't work, so I double checked the WKT and eventually found a
missing ] that I mistakenly removed when removing the EPSG code for the
Datum.
May be that also in your case some typo prenvents GeoServer from using the
overriding WKT?
Cheers
Stefano
