Hi
I am new to the GIS world, please could you help me out with a problem that
i have been struggling to fix an dont understand some of the solutions
posted on the mailing list.
I am uploading shapefiles into Geoserver and set the coordinate system to
EPSG: 2048 Hartebeeshoek94/Lo19 for the South Africa (Cape Town).
My shapefile negative coordinates, resulting in the features/maps being
upside down.
How can i correct this?
Do i need to create my a new EPSG and how?
or is there a simple way of editing the properties of the current EPSG:
2048 Hartebeeshoek94/Lo19 .
Please help me out.
