Dear Khun San Aung, which type of GeoTIFF are you publishing? (RGB/Gray/paletted?) Which GeoServer version are you using?
In general, you could set the InputTransparentColor=000000 in layer's configuration (In Data tab. scroll down after the BoundingBoxes, in the Coverage Parameters section). Alternatively, if you are using a color map SLD to color your images, you can set an entry with opacity=0. Please, let us know if that works for you.
