Hi Cinthia,
default axis ordering depends on the WFS version, as explained here:
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/services/wfs/basics.html#axis-ordering
Long story short, if you want long/lat order, use WFS 1.0.0, if you want
lat/long order use WFS 1.1.0 or 2.0.0.
