Hello, I used your link and this one <http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/tutorial/feature/csv2shp.html> to figure out how to build a SimpleFeatureCollection and changed my custom process to output it. Then, I could do what I needed by invoking the built-in WPS Process vec:InsersectionFeatureCollection.
