Editing the global services WMS capabilities document? Sorry, but i can't 
understand what you mean. Could you elaborate more on this?
Also, there is a checkbox in "Edit workspace" page for WMS service which i 
can't understand what it does. Checking or unchecking this checkbox has no 
difference.
