Yes, I don't think it's going to work, measured data is not even considered
in GML (which is sort of the base model for every other output format).
Right now I'm not even sure if the data sources are able to read the M
dimension at all, it could be that they are dropping it, or just failing
when encountering it.
With some code changes it should be possible to open a path from data
source to output formats, at least for output formats
that allow encoding a measure (e.g., shapefile)
