Got a question for windows users (perhaps windows 10 users specifically).
There is an open bug report (GEOS-7808
<https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOS-7808>) about windows 10
blocking the installer (1st as unsigned but OSGeo now signs it) and then as
untrusted (because "smartscreen" has not seen it before - since we just
created it).
Can I ask if "smartscreen" has settled down at all? Or do you still get
warnings ...
There are some additional steps we can take (fill out a form with
microsoft) but I am not sure if it is worth it.
