release 2.9.4 is out but the web site has not been updated accordingly. You can
find it here:

Release 2.9.5 is not planned, we had to cut it short in order to recover the 2
months delay we had when releasing 2.9.0
and get back on track with releasing majors in March and September.
That does not ensure there won't be a 2.9.5, it just means the community has no
plan to perform it, but with
someone sponsoring the work or a willing release manager performing it it can
still be done, I see the 2.9.x series is still getting some
bugfix backport as far as I can see.
