Thanks Jonathan, I have tried it many times but still have no luck.
In that way , I need to create a direct connection to ArcSDE in geoserver. But when creating ArcSDE vector data store, I meet the problem that it always shows the EXCEPTION like this: /WARN: Nested in org.springframework.web.util.NestedServletException: Handler processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.esri.sde.sdk.client.JGsrvr: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.esri.sde.sdk.client.JGsrvr at com.esri.sde.sdk.client.SeConnection.x(Unknown Source) at com.esri.sde.sdk.client.SeConnection.<init>(Unknown Source)/ I am at wits end on this one!
