Hi,
I never used the SOLR GeoServer data store:
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/community/solr/configure.html#mapping-documents-to-layers
hence I have no idea how it will behave it app-schema but theoretically it
should work (any GeoTools
data store should work).
To test you will need to install GeoServer SOLR plugin and configure the SOLR
data store in your app-schema
mapping files.

troubles when user request WFS with filterencoding "PropertyIsLike" operator
on free text field (that we are unable to index easily).
So the first idea is to use SolR index, but connection is different and
request to create by geoserver is not sql.
