I have a problem with a slash in the layer name.
I have to name the layer (field "name") as "a/b/c".

But windows creates a folder structure in data_dir

a
|
-b
 |
 -c

Everything works until I restart GeoServer. After that layer "a/b/c" is
not visible in GeoServer. There is still a definition in data_dir, but
since it's only in the "c" folder, that's why GeoServer does not see it (?).

My GeoServer version is 2.11.1 installed on Windows.

How to make a layer name to be "a / b / c"?
