there is no way to
know what is the
current time in a CQL filter ... which means that there is no way
to filter polygons
that have been inserted
only in the last five minutes.
So I see two options here:
1. you need a collection that will only have the relevant
polygons, e.g. some
collection that will be updated
by an external service adding recent (last 5 minutes)
polygons and removing
deprecated ones
2. extend GeoServer CQL filtering support to be able to filter
based on the
current time
