Hi, Im using Geoserver and PostGis ..
On database i have table I also have materialized view, wich is updated periodically: If I create a layer /"geoCoordinate-1"/ via /"Configure new SQL view..."/ and use this select: Then, when i check /DescribeFeatureType: http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wfs?service=WFS&request=DescribeFeatureType&version=1.1.0&typeName=lge:geoCoordinate-1/ the result is: BUT, if I create a layer /"geoCoordinate-2"/ via /"Configure new SQL view..."/ and use this select: NOTE: i just changed word /"point"/ to the word /"location"/ in the select. Then the result of DescribeFeatureType: /http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wfs?service=WFS&request=DescribeFeatureType&version=1.1.0&typeName=lge:geoCoordinate-2/ is: Element /"location"/ is missing in the schema. But when I use /GetFeature/ request, the /locations/ are correctly in the result. Why does it happen? Is the /"location"/ some keyword? Is it possible to use word /"location"/ somehow as a column name of the select (and the element of the layer)?
