*  Symbolizers:

                           <CssParameter name="fill">#F1AF0A</CssParameter>
                        </Fill>
                        </Mark>
                     <Size>29</Size>
                  </Graphic>
               </PointSymbolizer>
            <PointSymbolizer> 
            <Graphic>
             <ExternalGraphic>
                       <OnlineResource xlink:type="simple" 
xlink:href="kindergarden.svg" />
                       <Format>image/svg+xml</Format>
                    </ExternalGraphic><Size>28</Size>
            </Graphic>
         </PointSymbolizer>
 
*  Attaching my SVG.
*  PNG visualizing the problem also attached.
There seems to be an issue related to anchor position of a circle used in the 
first PointSymbolizer. It seems to be positioned NOT exactly in the center of 
the whole featuretypestyle and behavior of this positioning changes from one 
object to another. I marked with blue side of each marker that seem to be over 
extended relative to the center.
