Thanks!  So it seems like the compression must be requested by the
client, and not something that is set by default on the server?

Regarding the tags, I'm not finding the Geoserver documentation on WPS
to be very informative on this matter.  Is there a good resource for
looing into that?  I was hoping that specifying which tags get put in
the file could be something done on the configuration of the store or
layer, as with an ImageMosaic I would think that having a date stamp
metadata in the file would be a useful thing to be "standard"
