Hi,
I created a new role in GeoServer, and *I'm trying to associate a new user with a new role*. *Although* I can see my new user and *new role in roles.xml* in GEOSERVER_DATA/security/role, *it didn't associate with new user*!, when I check via GeoServer webUI, I can see new role exist in available list no selected role list!
I'm going to know, *_How I can add new role from available roles list to selected roles list?_*, I did try with RESTful API, I got message code 200, But it is still existed in available roles list not selected roles!.
I thought like a user, when I add user to users.xml file, and then It will be added(synchronized) to GeoServer automatically, I'd expect this will happen same for role in roles.xml, *It seems roles.xml will not synchronize automatically.*
