The change worked, but not all of the tests that used to pass do anymore. Did you guys break something when working with the SQL encoder?
OracleDataStoreTest:
testBBoxFilter - expected 5 but was 6
testPointGeometryConversion - java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (GEOTOOLS.SYS_C005651) violated
testRemoveFeatures - expected 0 but was 3
testBounds - NoClassDeffFoundError: javax/units/ConversionException

QuickOracleTest also had errors - all of the no classdef found kind
