I have no Oracle instance available to run tests against.
Currently I'm starting connecting to an Oracle owned by an external party.
We have no permission to write or creating tables right now, just reading.
So I can do the commit, but without running the project tests.
The tests are being run against a oracle instance in SanFran - dontated
by Marc (thanks Marc).
The tests make the tables and read/write them as required. If you just
download the oracle driver, and follow the directions in the the
project.xml file the tests should run fine.
If not I have a problem in my instructions, and I should fix them.
