Thinking, not sure if getting the existing geotools codebase to compile
is a good test, glad you are having fun... Other then that I am a bit
confused ....
FM itself can keep evolving separatelly if needed, and I'll be pleased of
helping out and keep my branch aligned with further decisions.
You got a branch? I thought we were going to use that svn space as
research for a proposal? And then branch main ... perhaps I missed that
meeting. I imagine we should talk about trying to make as many of the
useful methods compatible with the new infrastructure. I also have not
implemented override (or finish my XPath experiment) Did you make any
progress on these things?
Not to tell that not all aspects of the new FM are fully tested, though I have
enough to start.
Jody: I'll send you a few more specific thoughts tomorrow but now I really
have to run home.
