Some coverage peoples asked for splitting org.geotools.coverage in its
own module. Do we process, or do we have no agreement yet?
I know that peoples are still waiting for my 2.2.M1 release. But the
Maven 1 release has some issues (e.g. can't build main from unzipped
sources). Those issues already existed in 2.2.M0. I'm missing time for
fixing Maven 1 "createRelease" goal. I can release M1 "as is" without
fixing those issues, or we can forget the release for now and go ahead
with the coverage work.
