I added the release notes and change log, as well as a page in the
wiki download page, but didn't wrote an explanation text and didn't
made any anoucement to the peoples listed in the release guide. This
is because I'm not really happy with the quality of our release
(speaking about the way the release is packaged (build failures, huge
image files...), not the actual code).
Given the above what would you like me to do about the October 2.1.M2
Build? The aggregate changes are in and I am all set to go ...
Work on Maven 2 build process is still going. I don't plan to do any
more work on Maven 1.
I will download Maven 2 then....
