To continue, I have found that shapefile is broken on windows machines.
Apparently Jesse made a change that
was tested only on Linux. He is off for the long weekend, and did not
really leave enough information for me to
pick up the bits.
So the GeoTools 2.2.M2 release will be delayed until next Monday.
Hopefully we can have a sanity check release
for people to kick during Mondays meeting.
If you have not attended meetings in a while - please do. They are
running around 1/2 hour and are fairly high single/noise.
Of course the IRC channel is open at alls times...
