Done. By what about the second issue (not yet applied): data are
duplicated between module/sample-data, plugin/shapefile and ext/shape.
Is there any reason why thoses modules don't reuse the same data in
sample-data? Should we remove this duplication?
One more issue: what is the relationship between plugin/shapefile and
ext/shape? Is ext/shape targeted as a replacement of plugin/shapefile?
If yes, can we apply this replacement now?
