That way, peoples can continue to refer to the geotools.org domain name
and we can change server if needed.

New javadoc tags
--------------------
Two new javadoc tags were added. @source $URL$ which is updated
automatically by SVN, and @tutorial with a link to the tutorial on
www.geotools.org. Example with both tags:
http://javadoc.geotools.fr/snapshot/org/geotools/referencing/operation/projection/MapProjection.html
See "Tutorial" close to the end of class description (the text is
automatically formatted from the tutorial URL). See also "Module", which
is created from the source URL.
I added the @source $URL$ tag to every .java files in referencing,
coverage, legacy, migrate, epsg-xxx, openoffice and go modules. Do I
have the authorization to continue with every .java files in the whole
Geotools project?
