Well first step is to get the org.geotools.feature package to compile
against the latest geoapi changes (mostly just the moving of getType()
to Attribute).
Then the builders needs to be created/rewritten for the new interfaces.
Fairly trivial.
And then its back to getting the rest of the api to the new model. A
"usable" FeatureCollection api was my major blocker before, so that
should be fixed now.
After that we should have an api/main that compiles against the new
feature model interfaces.
