Now that the GeoAPI interfaces have been revised we can implement the following
core construts:
- FeatureTypeImpl
- ComplexTypeImpl
- AttribtueTypeImpl
We will also need to implement descriptors for the above.
To implement FeatureCollectionType we will need the following:
- FeatureCollectionImpl
- AssocociationType (captures member of relationship)
In addition to their descriptors.
