The <dependencies> vs <dependencyManagement> issue gave me an idea. Should we move all our current
<dependencyManagement> declarations outside Geotools (maybe in OSGEO?) in some parent pom.xml file
inherited by Geotools, Geoserver, uDig and maybe some other open source projects? It would make sure
that Geotools and Geoserver were built and tested with the same version of PostgreSQL JDBC driver
for example.
