Test for FM are back in the game.
Cory, I think the interval function stuff is still not right due to the
changes regarding Feature no longer having a "parent" FeatureCollection.
I found one of the tests "fixed" and applied the fix to the other. The
tests now pass but if you could look them over that would be good.
I have added tests back to the build on FM when doing an "install",
disabling them only for the ext/xml and ext/gml2 modules.
