As a side note, "CRS:27", "CRS:83" and "CRS:84" are supported straight into module/referencing since
Geotools 2.2. They are equivalent to "NAD27", "NAD83" and "WGS84" respectively, but with (longitude,
latitude) axis order (as specified by OGC).
So a workaround maybe applicable right now is to use "CRS:84" instead of "EPSG:4326" when someone
wants a "WGS 84" CRS with (longitude, latitude) axis order.
