1) Any chance for an eventual writeup?
Can you all write up whatever solution you agree on, when you
reach a consensus. I presume nothing will change for 2.2 since
it's trying to find its keys to get out the door. If you have a
plan for 2.3 and beyond (3.0), could you wiki it? I sort of know
what's going on but not enough to understand how the changes
will modify the codebase from the javadocs (2.2,2.3, geoapi)
which I am currently reading.
2) Would it make sense to change EPSG_WKT to GEOTOOLS_WKT?
It seems the WKT authority plugin is (1) a fork and (2) altered
in terms of what axes are returned. Doesn't this make it a new
data source with a parallel naming scheme to the EPSG data base
but different results? Wouldn't changing the authority name help
clarify its distinct status?
