Hsql datastore does not work with lowercase featuretype names

Just get the hsql datastore tests, change featuretypenames from upper to
lowercase, and boom, it won't find anymore the infos needed to map the fid
mappers, database metadata stops working
Given that, the datastore should uppercase the feature type name in every
operation that accesses the database (and in particular in createschema).
