Geotools JARs were not declared in <dependencyManagement> on trunk. Maybe the
pom.xml files on the
2.2 branch were fixed (after last time Maven mixed them up) by copying the
pom.xml files from trunk,
in which case the Geotools JAR in <dependencyManagement> would have been lost?
I guess that we should add Geotools JARs in <dependencyManagement> on trunk
too. I didn't tried that
before because I didn't know if it was going to confuse Maven or not. But if it
worked for 2.2, I
think that we should do the same for trunk.
