It sound good to me. So in addition of copying it to JScience, we can also
migrate it to a new
Geotools module (yet to be determined). I will left it in its current place in
the main time, until
we get a clearer picture about where to put it (probably after both our
coverage branch merge and
the next JScience release with those classed bundled in it).
