A have one additional question. In the referencing framework, it is important
that 'transformNormalized' methods expects a point in (longitude, latitude)
order and return a point in (northing, easting) order - and conversely for
'inverseTransformNormalized'. In the axis order for the CRS in actual usage is
different, this is managed with AxisDirection constants outside the projection
class. Is it the way the Krovak.java class is written?
