We have a choice:

- http://geotools.sourceforge.net which is totally empty right now.
   But there is some quota on SourceForge (I need to check what the
   quota is exactly).

- http://www.geotools.fr which is also empty right now except for
   javadoc and maven pages. We could create an account for you if
   you wish.

- Refractions? Maybe Paul can tell us if there is a possibility there.
