I will update the wiki page.
2.3.0 is not deployed to Maven repository on Refractions server. The
geotools.fr
mirror has not yet been synchronized, but it will be done a little bit later. I
have not yet done the remaining of the release process (upload to sourceforge,
etc.). I will be away for a couple of minutes and will look for the remaining
when I will be back.
