Simone I am changing projects next week - so will be largely missing from email. I will try an attend the weekly meetings and if I get some volunteer time I will try and choose between email / coding or getting our OSGeo story in order (so far my money is on coding).

Andrea with respect to the slightly larger issues of "catalog" interfaces your words were taken to heart last week; Jesse also had some good feedback on API short comings. His specific concerns were due to experience in heavy use and throughs toward minimizing the amount of code implementors need to write.
