CreateSchema tests fail because of quoting issues

I've noticed on 2.3.x the postigs createschema tests fail because of various
quoting issues. All columns get quoted, and the code in create schema does not
handle it properly it seems. Attached a patch that makes it work for me, but
I'm unsure why the bug appeared in the first place.
