Updating the EPSG-HSQL module is about two hours work. So it is not a
big deal, I just never took the time to do it yet.

Latest 6.11.2 release had a minor changes that broke Geotools code, but
Geotools has been fixed for that a few weeks ago. So we are compatible
with latest release now.

EPSG-HSQL currently use 6.8. I'm waiting for next EPSG release before to
upgrate EPSG-HSQL. A EPSG guy told me that next EPSG release should
happen very soon, so I would prefer to make the upgrate work only once.
