I think it is a correct way. The aliases come from EPSG database; maybe
we want to stick to what EPSG said. Futhermore, axis names are special
anyway in ISO 19111, so it is reasonable to have a special handling for
them. I will apply you patch when I will have finished my current "EPSG
DataSource" work.
